Preventive methods for fatigue

Eat a nutritious diet based mostly on fresh food and enough sleep. Exercise regularly and learn to control stress.
Diet:
To have physical and mental energy you will need to eat foods rich in vitamins B, C and E, iron, magnesium and potassium.
If you frequently eat processed foods, unhealthy, the pancreas begins to over generate insulin in response to increased blood sugar level. After you eat refined carbohydrates, blood sugar levels raise rapidly, then decreases sharply to a level below abnormally. I found this in an hcg drops review.
This will make you feel weak, irritable, tired and headache. Hypoglycemia increases the risk of food allergies. To mitigate this risk:
- Include in your diet foods rich in fiber.
- Choose natural foods rich in soluble fiber, like apples, oatmeal and vegetables.
- Limit consumption of foods containing refined carbohydrates.
- Limit consumption of caffeine.
- Limit consumption of alcohol.
- Make sure you eat enough foods rich in chromium (liver, cheese, whole grains).
